How we recruit

Once you apply for a job, we'll be notified to look over your portfolio/cv to see if you'd be a good fit for what we're looking for. If you are, we'll invite you to an online interview to get to know you better.

From here, we'll shortlist a few candidates to come into our London studio to meet the rest of the team - giving you a feel for what it's like to work at 20.20. After meeting everyone, we'll make a final decision.

We are a boutique agency with a team that seeks to inspire each other. We don’t separate strategy from creative or creative from accounts. We respect all brains, actively listening and helping each other express our ideas.

Pension & Holiday

Alongside our pension scheme - staff begin with 20 days of annual leave. After three years, we add one additional day for every year of service, up to a total of 30 days.

Working from home

We're typically in the studio three days a week, with most staff in on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Remote working

We offer up to four weeks a year working remotely from anywhere in the world - wifi permitting!
