Ieva Karaliute

After a decade of working in hospitality, Ieva followed her passion and retrained, joining us as an Interior Designer in 2022. Having worked in well-loved venues across London, she’s seen first-hand how important functional, sustainable, and beautiful design is to every customer journey and employee experience.  

She believes in pushing the boundaries of human-centred design in interesting and unique ways – not only through the built environment, but also through multi-sensory concepts. Since joining 20.20, she has designed compelling and creative interiors for Lord’s Cricket Ground, and supported the design on projects including TUI Marella Cruises, Costa Coffee, Levy UK and Brighton & Hove Albion FC.

Ieva’s writing ‘Beauty of the Stateless Mind’ was selected for the 2022 Interior Educators Award for the most innovative, well-researched and critically informed dissertation. Her work was among the top seven dissertations nationwide and was displayed at The National Awards Exhibition at the OXO Gallery. 

Ieva graduated from Middlesex University with a first in Interior Architecture and Design (BA Hons).
